I once heard some one sing about this type of food, and I was curious about what it was. Technically, it is a type of bun with some filling in it. This one has anko filling otherwise known as red bean paste. The bun isn't like your regular bread though. It is sweet and soft, and I favour this kind of bread over normal sandwich bread. There are many different variations, so in general, they are a versatile type of food. Sometimes, they are shaped into cute animals like a bunny.
