I have only recently heard about this so I'm not sure about the specifics, but in my opinion it looks delicious. It's not just regular ice cream, apparently there is an ingredient called kinkako used for it. I have absolutely no idea what kinkako is, but is people are interested, I could post something about kinkako. However, if you want more detailed information, this website should be sufficient.
