Post #4: Shoyu Ramen

I went to eat ramen today, and I really wanted to try shoyu ramen. However, I always end up ordering tonkatsu ramen instead. Shoyu ramen  has a soy sauce based soup. The Kanto region of Japan is famous for its Shoyu ramen. The soup base recipe is differs per region in Japan. I believe that if you go to northern Japan, the soup is thicker and more opaque, but as you get further south, the soup becomes clearer. I may be wrong, but it seems to be true.
