I have been looking at food all day so it would be weird of me not to have a topic to talk about. I was reading a list on the top 50 foods of the world and this was number one. Of course other people may have difference opinions, but I really love this type of curry. I wouldn't say it is number one, but it would be in my top 10. The complex spices and heat from the spicy oil complements each other nicely. Just looking at it makes my mouth water. Beware, this food is highly addictive, but if you can't take the heat, you may want to try something else.
