Pop N Cute Halloween Party in Shibuya

I've always admired Japanese subcultures and their fashion. The Japanese celebrate Halloween with the coolest costumes that never fail to amaze me. There is a shopping district in Tokyo called Harajuku and people here dress amazing. This is my own opinion and others are free to object, but I think that if this could spread to North America, it would be great.
